Solution

             Rapidly approaching the week of
             Christmas 2020 Beryl needed a fast

             deployment and with agreed pricing
             and commercials only being signed

             off in January 2021, the time left was
             short for a deployment date of the

             following Month.


             As this was a first for the organization in deploying a major ITSM platform requirements were rather
             thin and we at n@wservice used our deploy model and quickly developed an MVP to avoid delays to

             the project.


             The system was successfully implemented on time for the following month with external customers

             quickly and easily adapting to the new platform and processes.
             Over the next couple of months when requirements were beginning to develop fast, we used an Agile

             approach  to  perform  many  integrations  and  further  develop  and  mature  the  processes  within  the
             platform to the customer requirements

             Following the deployment

             maintainability and supportability of the platform was extremely light with only a handful of support
             tickets being raised from the customers with questions on the new platform
